- What is the Outsole?
It's the bottom part of the sole - where the shoe's surface meets the ground. - What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?

I bought these shoes for my wedding day and was pleased. They are cute, comfortable (mostly), and quite affordable. The pleather flowers are funkier than they appear in the photo. The only fault I can identify is that the soles are very thin, therefore you feel what's on the ground almost as though you have bare feet. This is just fine for smooth surfaces, but if you're planning on walking on pebbles or gravel or other rough surfaces for any duration, you may not be very comfortable.
