Shipping Policy
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all initial shipping fees, unless the wrong item or size has been sent or the product is defective. If the product is defective, Vegetarian Shoes and Bags will refund all extra shipping charges that have been incurred. Vegetarian Shoes and Bags will ship up to one exchange at no cost. Any additional exchanges will be charged to the customer. This offer applies to shipping addresses within the continental Unites States only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service to Hawaii, Alaska, or foreign countries.
Shipping and Tracking Options
You may choose from the following shipping options:
DHL Ground or 2nd Day:
For shipping addresses within the Continental United States, ONLY.
No PO Boxes or military addresses.
If the item was shipped via DHL, the customer will be able to track the order through a link sent to you via email.
DHL will leave the package at the front door if no one answers.
If you prefer to sign for the package, we recommend you have your purchase sent to a business address. DHL will automatically request a signature upon delivery to a business address.
USPS (United States Postal Service):
For shipping addresses within the U.S.A. (incl. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories)
PO Boxes and military addresses okay
International Orders
Tracking or signature confirmation is not automatically available with USPS. If you would like to select tracking or signature confirmation, please contact us immediately at customercare@vegetarianshoesandbags.com so that we may arrange it. Additional fees may apply.
Shipping Rates
DHL Ground (no PO Boxes):
$7.95 flat fee for the entire order.
DHL 2nd Day (no PO Boxes):
$17.95 and up, depending on weight of package.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check out.
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail
(PO Boxes okay) $8.00 and up, depending on weight of package.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check out.
Shipping Times
DHL Ground: 5 to 7 business days check out DHL map
DHL Second Day* Second business day by 5 P.M.
USPS Priority Mail 1 - 3 days (excluding Sundays and national holidays)
*Please note: You must place your order by 11:00AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday to receive your shipment by second day.
How soon will my package be shipped after I place my order?
Orders are shipped within two business days after we receive the order, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped. If three full business days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation or an explanation of delay, please contact us! We make every effort to keep our customers informed of their order status.
Signature Required
DHL and USPS will leave a package at the front door of a residence if no one answers. If you prefer to sign for the package, we recommend you have your purchase sent via DHL to a business address. DHL will automatically request a signature upon delivery to a business address.
International Shipping
International shipping is by US Postal Service, Airmail Parcel Post. Shipping times are 4 – 10 business days. Shipping charges depend on weight of package and destination country and will be calculated at the time of check out.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by average weight of shoes. VSandB reserves the right to adjust these shipping charges manually, should the actual charge vary greatly from the charge calculated by the shopping cart. In that case, we will email and notify you before the package is shipped in order for you to approve these charges.
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including returns and exchanges), taxes, duties and fees levied by their country.
