- What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to most European destinations, and Australasia - if you don't see your country listed in the shopping cart - drop us a line requesting inclusion. Remember the dollar's weak - meaning if you live outside the US, you can buy more with your currency (pound, Canadian dollar etc.) - Can I send you guys a check?
We take payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card - our shopping cart is easy to use - safe and secure. We don't currently accept check payment, because in the past it's slow and less secure (sending by mail), than credit card payment in our shopping cart. - Is it Vegan?
Oh yes! - everything you see at Vegetarian Shoes and Bags has been pre-vetted for leather, satin, suede and wool - we're Vegan Society certified and we're proud of it! - I love this shoe - but I don't see my size!!!?

I am really happy with the bag. I like the styling very much and find the number and size of pockets inside just perfect. The shoulder strap is the perfect length for wearing it across the body,which I like. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that the velcro fastening, while being really quick and convenient, makes 'bobbles' in the fabric of the bag when it touches it, which over time I feel might make it pretty unsightly (although this is covered by the front flap most of the time
