We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to most European destinations, and Australasia - if you don't see your country listed in the shopping cart - drop us a line requesting inclusion. Remember the dollar's weak - meaning if you live outside the US, you can buy more with your currency (pound, Canadian dollar etc.) - Can I send you guys a check?
We take payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card - our shopping cart is easy to use - safe and secure. We don't currently accept check payment, because in the past it's slow and less secure (sending by mail), than credit card payment in our shopping cart. - Is it Vegan?

Very cute boots..i get compliments on them everywhere! Very comfortable..the only not so great thing, is that i bought them as a winter boot (they work fine to walk in snow) but they arent water resistant so they dont hold up very well to slush or wetness..i have gotten plenty of soakers walking in these. But if you just want cute boots they are fantastic!
