- What is the vamp?
The vamp is the front part of the shoe that covers the toes and the top of the foot. - What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
